Terms and Conditions of Sale

Clearance Items:

1. Prices for Clearance and discontinued only applies to sales of current inventory.
2. All normal Shipping/Delivery charges apply. No additional handling fee.
3. Stock counts are subject to changewithout prior notice. Discontinued and Clearance items are 1st come = 1st served, your order may not be able to be filled. We will notify you if an item is not available and no charges will be applied to you credit card or a refund will be issued.
4. No returns/refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Imperfects are non-refundable for any reason


Returns:

Enclume offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products with the exception of Custom made products. Custom orders cannot be returned. You must call for a Return Authorization number and subject to inspection; stock merchandise in original, undamaged cartons will be accepted for return and is subject to a restocking charge equal to 25% of the original product cost. Returned products MUST be packed with care, with special attention given to Plated and Stainless Steel products. Products will be inspected for damage and may be refused if not acceptable for resale. No credit will be given on unsaleable returns. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the return.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:

Please be assured that your order will ship in 3 to 5 business days when in stock. Enclume will notify you immediately of a delay. Lead times will be given at time of order for plated and custom orders.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We are sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Warranty:

Enclume products are warranted to be free of material defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Customer’ exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product and shall be subject to the following conditions: (1) Notice of any defect is received by Enclume within the warranty period and (2) Customer returns the defective product to Enclume Design Products, 24 Colwell Street, Port Hadlock, WA 98339 within 20 days following a return authorization number (which may be obtained by telephoning Enclume at (877) 362-5863) being provided to you by Enclume. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENCLUME SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ENCLUME’S PRODUCTS.
