Enclume offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products with the exception of Custom made products. Custom orders cannot be returned. You must call for a Return Authorization number and subject to inspection; stock merchandise in original, undamaged cartons will be accepted for return and is subject to a restocking charge equal to 25% of the original product cost. Returned products MUST be packed with care, with special attention given to Solid Copper and Stainless Steel products. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. No refunds will be give for the original shipping costs. Products will be inspected for damage and may be refused if not acceptable for resale. No credit will be given on unsaleable returns. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the return.
